We are looking for a robust C/C++ Developer with experience in Linux/Unix and high-performance systems. The role involves developing and optimizing components for a Market Data Platform, with a strong focus on performance, latency, memory efficiency, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain C/C++ components for the Market Data Platform.
- Develop new features and enhancements and perform relevant testing.
- Optimize applications for CPU utilization, memory efficiency, latency and throughput.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using debugging and profiling tools.
- Perform code refactoring and optimization while maintaining functional behavior.
- Troubleshoot complex native-code and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design and architecture discussions.
- Work closely with QA, support and engineering teams.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on C and C++ development.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, memory management.
- Strong experience in multithreading and concurrency.
- Experience with high-performance / low-latency systems.
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and code optimization.
- Experience with CPU/memory profiling and runtime analysis.
- Strong Linux/Unix environment experience.
- Knowledge of shell scripting and Linux system internals.
- Experience with Make/CMake, GCC/GDB and Git.
- SQL knowledge.
