Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Butler cum House Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of a private residence. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of luxury service standards, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a household with utmost discretion and professionalism. This role requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of comfort and service for the principals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the private residence, ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and functionality.

- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise all household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and gardeners, fostering a cohesive and effective team.

- Develop and implement household policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistent high-quality service.

- Manage household budgets, track expenses, and oversee procurement of household supplies, groceries, and luxury items.

- Coordinate and manage all household maintenance and repairs,



liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality work.

- Provide personal butler services, including serving meals and beverages, managing wardrobes, packing/unpacking for travel, and running errands.

- Plan and execute private events, dinner parties, and social gatherings, including guest management, catering coordination, and service supervision.

- Manage household inventories, including wine cellars, art collections, and valuable possessions.

- Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, and preparing itineraries.

- Ensure the security and privacy of the principals and the residence at all times.

- Act as a primary point of contact for the principals, anticipating their needs and preferences to provide seamless support.

- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the principals' personal and professional lives.

- Oversee pet care arrangements and coordinate with external pet service providers as needed.

- Manage household calendars and schedules, ensuring all appointments and commitments are met.
