Responsibilities
- Cutting, cleaning & portioning meat as per requirements • Handling chicken, mutton and other meat products • Maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness • Packing and labeling meat orders • Assisting with kitchen/store-related work when required • Proper handling and storage of meat products • Maintaining cleanliness of tools and work area Requirements:
- Previous butcher/meat-cutting experience preferred • Valuable knowledge of meat cutting and handling • Physically fit and comfortable with standing work • Hygienic, responsible and punctual • Willing to perform helper duties when required ?
