Specialist is responsible for driving process improvement initiatives to enhance business performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of transformation projects.

- Develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management.
- Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.

What are we looking for?

- Any bachelors degree
- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or above)
- Proven experience in business transformation, process improvement, or change management roles
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
