- Design, configure, and deploy Demand Planning solutions using the o9 platform.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models, machine learning solutions, and predictive analytics capabilities.
- Create and enhance o9 plug-ins, custom configurations, and optimization components.
- Support statistical forecasting, demand sensing, forecast enrichment, and consensus planning processes.
- Analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes, and recommend model improvements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable o9 solutions.
- Develop testing strategies, conduct UAT, and support deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Supply Chain teams including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.;
- Provide ongoing production support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Functional

- Solid understanding of Demand Planning processes.
- Hands-on experience with:





o Statistical Forecasting o Forecast Accuracy & Bias Management o Demand Sensing o Consensus Planning o Promotions & Event Forecasting o Segmentation and Forecast Hierarchies

Technical

- 3+ years hands-on o9 implementation experience.
- Experience developing and configuring o9 Demand Planning solutions.
- Proficiency in o9 plug-in development and platform customization.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.
- SQL and data engineering background.
- Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience supporting global Demand Planning CoE environments.
- Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Beverage industry experience preferred.
- Exposure to large-scale planning transformations and AI-enabled forecasting.
