Gracia Global Advisory LLP is a Mumbai-based advisory firm working with 200+ clients across accounting, compliance, and finance operations. A significant part of our work involves setting up, running, and improving the systems our clients use to manage their books, records, and daily processes.

We are looking for someone early in their career who is comfortable with technology, understands how a business actually runs, and wants to build a career at the intersection of finance and systems.

You do not need prior experience with any particular software. We will train you on the platforms we work with. What we need is someone who learns quickly, is organised, and can hold a clear, skilled conversation with a client.

What You Will Do

- Learn the business and accounting platforms we deploy for clients, and support their setup, configuration, and day-to-day running
- Manage client demos and client discussions
- Understand how a client's current process works and identify where it can be simplified or automated
- Maintain data accuracy across masters, records, reconciliations, and reports
- Coordinate with clients on timelines, follow-ups, and open items
- Prepare process notes, user guides, and basic documentation
- Support internal teams on system-related queries




- Progressively take ownership of parts of client engagements as you grow into the role

What We Are Looking For

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Working understanding of accounting basics: invoices, journal entries, GST, bank reconciliation
- Comfortable with technology. Strong Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to pick up new software quickly
- Clear written and spoken English. You will be writing emails and speaking to clients
- Organised and dependable. You follow up, track open items, and do not let things slip
- Willing to be trained, take feedback, and learn on the job

Who Should Apply 0 to 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and good communication are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be based in Mumbai .
