Business support for projects during project lifecycle, act as business partner for Project Manager
Responsibilities
Creation of profitability calculations and project analysis
Recording and Analysis of Project data
Monitoring of Project progress and budget of individual disciplines; introduction of necessary measures
Creation of Forecasts and Deviation analysis
Preparation and Presentation of Project KPI’s(Status reports for top management and Project Manager)
Support Of Project reviews
Monthly project valuations, assurance of project accounting processes and usage of existing tools
Enhancement of Project Controlling System

Requisite Qualification
Essential
Bachelor’s Degree in finance or Management Accounting or equivalent degree
Preferred
CA, MBA Finance
Requisite Experience
Essential
7 Years’ experience
Preferred
At least 7 Years’ experience in Project Controlling, costing and Accounting
Skills & Competencies
Strong industry knowledge in field of system integration, logistics technology(automated conveyor technology and storage systems), Mechanical engineering
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel,PPT)
Strong knowledge of ERP System ( e.g. SAP modules FI,CO, PS)
Strong knowledge of scheduling tools (eg. Primavera, MS Project)
Working knowledge of percentage of completion revenue recognition and completed contract method
Strong work ethic. Org skills
Solid negotiation skills & Communication skills
Ability to work independently, self motivated, proactive personality
Ability to build relationships, strong inter-divisional teamwork spirit
