Role Description The Business Specialist role at Taxcart is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting the growth and operational efficiency of the company’s global tax solutions. In this role, the specialist will analyze business performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve processes and customer outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining business plans, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to align business strategies with customer needs.

The specialist will communicate with internal and external stakeholders, help optimize onboarding and support workflows, and ensure that client feedback informs product and service enhancements.



This role requires proactive problem-solving, structured documentation of business procedures, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in business planning and business operations, with the ability to contribute to strategy, forecasting, and process improvement.
