Modern Habitat Group is looking for a driven Business Manager – Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue, and build solid client relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Drive monthly sales targets and conversions
- Handle client meetings and negotiations
- Manage and improve the sales pipeline
- Build strong relationships with prospects and channel partners
- Track team performance and sales reports
- Work closely with the design & marketing teams
What we’re looking for:
- 3 years of experience in sales / business development
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Experience in interiors, real estate, furniture or related industries is a plus
