Role Description This is an in office internship role for a Business Sales Executive based in Pune City.

The Business Sales

Executive will support the sales team in identifying potential clients, presenting Consulting services, and assisting in the development of new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include contacting prospects, maintaining client records, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting account management activities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand research offerings,



preparing basic sales materials, and providing responsive customer service to prospective clients. Interns will gain exposure to the full sales cycle in a market research environment and will be expected to learn and apply sales best practices under guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Business Development to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients professionally and manage inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess Account Management capabilities to help maintain client relationships, update records, and support ongoing engagements.
- Basic understanding of market research or interest in the research industry is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with CRM or sales-related software is an advantage.
