Role Description The Business Process Owner is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing and optimizing core business processes across Traders Quote Software’s fintech solutions.



This role involves mapping current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing improvements that enhance operational performance and client experience.

The Business Process

Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, finance, operations, and sales to implement standardized workflows and ensure alignment with business goals. Daily tasks include analyzing performance data, documenting procedures, coordinating process changes, and monitoring compliance with internal controls and industry best practices. The role also includes supporting change management initiatives, training stakeholders on new processes, and continuously assessing risks and opportunities for enhancement within the trading and fintech ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Process and Business Process Improvement skills to design, document, and refine end-to-end workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a data-driven mindset to evaluate process performance, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance to understand trading-related operations, financial flows, and risk management considerations.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and support training and change management.
- Relevant experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, or financial services operations is beneficial.
- Experience with CRM, trading platforms, or back-office systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.****
