Position:- Personal / Business Loan Manager

Location:- Nehru Place (Delhi)

CTC:- Max 15 LPA

- Partnership leadership and revenue growth. Manage and grow strategic partner relationships across different products like Personal Loans, Business Loans, , taking ownership conversion outcomes each partner delivers. Strategise where volume are being lost and drive the corrections needed with partner.
- Relationship and stakeholder management. Serve as the primary point of contact across partner organisations, maintaining senior-level engagement while streamlining day-to-day executiok. Work cross-functionally with internal Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to ensure partner requirements.
- Recent programs and Partners onboarding. Identify and acquire new lending partners, lead onboarding from agreement to go-live, and manage the portfolio through structured reviews on a regular cadence. Create, drive, and enforce SLAs and SOPs across the partner base so performance is governed against agreed commitments rather than managed reactively.
- Product improvement: strategize and identify more areas of improvement to improve the customer engagement and the customer journey.. What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in fintech or lending — NBFC,



bank, or a lending platform — with exposure to disbursement, collections coordination, and lending operations.
- Proven ownership of revenue and conversion outcomes across a partner portfolio, not volume alone.
- Direct working experience with partner credit and risk teams on policy decisions.
- Familiarity with rule engine and routing logic, and how allocation decisions affect business outcomes.
- Track record of building SLAs, SOPs, and governance frameworks with institutional partners.
- Strong analytical ability — comfortable working with performance data independently.

Pay: ₹83,333.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
