Role Description The Business Partnerships Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with startups, corporates, ecosystem enablers, and other stakeholders aligned with The Unicorn Magazine’s mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting potential partners, conducting outreach, leading partnership discussions, and negotiating collaboration and sponsorship agreements.

The Manager will maintain and grow key accounts, ensure partner satisfaction, and coordinate with editorial, marketing,



and events teams to deliver partnership commitments. The role also involves analyzing partnership performance, generating reports and insights, and recommending improvements to drive revenue and brand impact.

Qualifications

- Robust Business Relationship Management skills, with experience building and sustaining strategic partnerships.
- Proven Relationship Building and Account Management capabilities, including handling multiple stakeholders and long-term collaborations.
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership performance, track metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills, including transparent written communication, confident presentations, and effective negotiation.
- Experience in media, advertising, startup ecosystems, or business development is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Noida, manage priorities independently, and collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic data reporting to manage pipelines and partnership outcomes.
