Role Description The Business Partner – Financial Services (Zero Investment & Global Mentorship) is a part-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves advising clients on life insurance and financial solutions, conducting needs-based financial assessments, and designing customized financial and business plans.

The Business

Partner will build and maintain long-term client relationships, provide regular follow-ups, and support clients in achieving their financial and protection goals. Daily activities include meeting prospects, presenting financial strategies, maintaining accurate records of client interactions,



and participating in coaching and mentorship programs offered by Zenventure Life. The role also requires active collaboration with the wider team to drive community-focused initiatives and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to understand and explain life insurance and related financial products.
- Ability to develop and review Business Planning and Financial Reporting to support clients’ long-term goals.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing client needs, interpreting financial data, and recommending suitable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.
- Motivation to work in a performance-driven setting with zero initial investment, leveraging global mentorship and training.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications in financial services or insurance are an advantage.
- Ethical approach to financial advising, strong self-discipline, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving market.
