This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional looking to transition from working as an employee to owning a thriving business.The ideal partner will bring technical pharmacy expertise and legal licensing, while combining forces on capital investment, operational setup, and long-term scaling strategy.Core ResponsibilitiesAs a co-founding partner, your responsibilities will be split between Pharmacy Operations and Business Strategy:

- Regulatory Compliance:
Secure and manage the necessary retail drug licenses, ensuring full compliance with local pharmacy council and FDA regulations.
- Store Setup &
- Inventory:
Plan the layout of the dispensary according to legal space requirements. Establish initial vendor partnerships and supply chains with pharmaceutical distributors.
- Daily Pharmacy Operations: Manage prescription dispensing, patient counselling, and accurate record-keeping.
- Inventory &
- Expiry Control:
Implement inventory monitoring protocols to maximize stock turnover and minimize medicine shrinkage or expiration losses.
Required Qualifications &
- Skills
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from an accredited institution.
- Licensing: Valid, active registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council. Must be legally eligible to hold or transfer a retail drug license for the new premises.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a busy retail or community pharmacy. Prior supervisory or store management experience is highly valued.
- Business Acumen: A baseline understanding of retail profit margins, local medicine demand, and vendor negotiation.
