Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Consultant role based in Bengaluru.

The Business





Consultant will work closely with clients in the trading and fintech ecosystem to understand their business models, assess needs, and propose tailored solutions using Traders Quote Software’s products and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting business and financial analysis, preparing proposals and presentations, delivering consulting engagements, and supporting clients through setup, implementation, and scaling phases. The role involves collaborating with internal product, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

The Business

Consultant will also help identify new business opportunities, contribute to process improvements, and maintain strong, qualified communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business models, financial projections, and operational performance.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to design solutions, advise clients, and manage end-to-end consulting engagements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present complex concepts clearly, facilitate client meetings, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand trading, brokerage operations, revenue models, and investment structures.
- Experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with business productivity tools (e.g., Excel, presentation software, CRM platforms) and a strong interest in technology-driven solutions.
