Business & Operations Manager E-commerce / Fashion

Deevaz is looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Business & Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day business operations and drive growth across online and offline sales channels.

The candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce, sales, inventory, vendors, fulfilment, team coordination and overall business execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of Deevaz's online and offline business operations.
- Manage e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon and other relevant marketplaces, as well as the Deevaz website.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, catalogue, pricing, inventory, promotions, orders, returns and account health.
- Drive online sales through marketplace and D2C channels and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and manage offline sales, exhibitions, pop-ups, retail opportunities and bulk/corporate sales.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and work towards achieving business targets.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, warehouse operations, order processing, packing and dispatch.
- Identify fast-moving, slow-moving and ageing inventory and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, logistics partners and other service providers.
- Manage production follow-ups, purchase requirements and timely availability of products.
- Lead and manage the Deevaz team, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for product launches, promotions, campaigns and content requirements.
- Monitor customer complaints, returns, exchanges, cancellations and other customer experience issues.




- Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, marketplace and business MIS reports.
- Analyse product-wise and channel-wise sales, margins and profitability and provide actionable insights.
- Identify operational gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors and control costs.
- Take ownership of day-to-day problems and proactively develop solutions without requiring constant supervision.
- Work closely with the Founder to translate business plans and priorities into execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, fashion, apparel, retail or consumer brands.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace management is strongly preferred.
- Experience in online and offline sales management.
- Strong understanding of inventory, order fulfilment, vendor management and business operations.
- Experience managing and coordinating teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
- Strong commercial understanding of sales, margins, inventory and profitability.
- Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
- Should be a hands-on problem solver who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- Experience with Shopify, Flipkart, Myntra, digital marketing or performance marketing will be an advantage.
- Fashion/apparel industry experience will be preferred but is not mandatory for a solid e-commerce/D2C candidate.
