Context for the role: Were scaling faster than our business operations systems are able to adapt. Weve gone from 100 to 1200cr Revenue under management in 3.5 years and are expanding to 2 other countries.

Primary responsibility - Optimise the bandwidth of the head of business by establishing and optimising core business operations as we scale, by:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for the head of business across all customer requirements
- Owning key operational projects to improve NPS and business growth objectives
- Proactively improving key workflows and modules from NuvrOS (our proprietary operating system for brand growth) based on business usage and requirements as they adapt
- Enabling the sales team with category inputs during live deals
- End-to-end ownership of key negotiations and biz ops initiatives

What we’re looking for

Must have:

- Familiarity with E-commerce and Quick commerce Ops (prior experience in category management at a brand preferred)




- Very comfortable with tech - you’ve proof of how you leverage tech for your day to day either at work or in your personal projects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable owning the outcome, you have extremely high ownership and are fine with your performance being judged primarily on the outcome.
- You want to build your own business in the future and are looking for the ideal setting to shape your skills for this
- Comfortable with ambiguity - no 2 conversations are the same. One day the team is dealing with catalog issues and the next day we’re dealing with a new product launch.
