Business Operations Analyst

Location: Candidate should be from Bangalore

Scope

- Works as part of CSS-OU Delivery Team
- Reports to the Operations Manager/Director
- Provides status updates on progress of tasks/work.
- Create, Analyze & Modify Reports for business need.
- Collaborates with Delivery Organisation for any kind of support.
- Dive deep into business processes to ensure compliance and drive process optimization.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain the integrity of data, working with delivery operations team.
- Running reports On Service Delivery by building analysis in Oracle Business Intelligence
- Review collected data for accuracy, and present findings to the Operations Director/Manager
- Excellent understanding of all tools and applications
- Manage or escalate issues and queries connected to the data collection and processing process, quickly, accurately, and professionally.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal support groups.
- Maintain documentation of the processes related to Report creation and analysis.




- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reports and business processes using ChatGPT and other authorized applications.

Profile:

- Experience in Essential functions: 3-5 years
- Highly computer literate - Essential
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills – Essential
- Experience in using Tools and Application – Essential
- Experience in building analysis and dashboards in Excel or other BI tool – Essential
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA programming skills – Good to have
- Ability to leverage ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools to improve workflow efficiency and reporting quality – Good to have
- Knowledge of SQL and experience of running SQL queries in Oracle SQL developer – Good to have.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent planning, Organising and Presentation skills, ability to prioritize workload.
- Team player, Personal drive, Professional attitude

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹690,000.00 per year
