Role and Responsibilities of the Business Manager:
- Developing and Implementing sales / marketing Plan and Strategies within defined market segments / Area assigned independently.
- Increase Doctors prescription and do business development for the defined territory for select injectables in critical care segment through Knowledge imparting forums viz. CMEs, Doctors interaction etc. Valuable communication skills are needed for this function.
- To work closely with the Purchase Managers and Hospital Pharmacies to increase sales of Critical Care Medicines.
- Meeting Sales and Collection Targets for Designated Territory.




- To carry out KOL development activities in his/her territory to achieve targets.
- Job entails extensive travel. Willingness to travel over vast areas is a pre-requisite.
- Working closely with stockiest/distributors to deepen reach of our medicines.
- Developing and nurturing Corporate hospitals for fast business growth
- To do market research and carry out specific projects assigned to him/her from time to time.
- To actively search and provide competitive market intelligence to team and HO.
