Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily business operations.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage sales activities and achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Management, Business Development, Sales, or Operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and business operations.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000, based on experience and skills.
