Role Description The Business Management Intern role at GladLoop is a full time remote position supporting day-to-day business operations. The intern will assist with planning and organizing business activities, preparing reports, and analyzing data to support decision-making.

Responsibilities include contributing to process improvements, documenting workflows, and supporting cross-functional collaboration between operations, customer service, and product teams. The intern will communicate with internal stakeholders, help address client inquiries, and support customer success initiatives.
