Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent dealers, distributors, and B2B partners across assigned territories

Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and revenue

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, and channel partners

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activity

Prepare and present business proposals, pricing structures, and sales forecasts to management

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with new and existing partners

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals

Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly), and present insights to leadership

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events

Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and expansion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)





2-5 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in automotive, auto ancillary, or auto care industry

Strong network within the automotive/auto accessories/lubricants trade is a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
