About the Opportunity

Abacasys is looking for ambitious MBA graduates who want to build their careers in business management and leadership.

As a Business Leadership Associate, you will work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on exposure to different areas of the business, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, and People Management.

This is not a conventional desk role. You will work on real business challenges, understand how different functions operate, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to initiatives that help the business grow and scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Work across multiple business functions, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, HR, and Finance.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Drive operational excellence and process optimization initiatives.
- Support strategic planning and business improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and productivity.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and management dashboards.




- Work directly with senior leadership on high-impact business initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

- MBA in Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, or General Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with a high sense of ownership.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Passion for leadership, learning, and business growth.
- Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
