Job Title: Business Intern

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office only)

Duration: 6 Months (Minimum)

About the Role

This is a high-exposure, fast-paced role with the Leadership Team of India's leading B2B travel tech platform. You will support the team across strategy, operations, vendor management, sales enablement, and marketing, working directly on live business problems across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Analysis

- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking across vendors and industry players
- Support preparation of board-level presentations, monthly review and steering committee decks, and strategy reports
- Assist in building and maintaining sales performance trackers and MIS reports

Vendor & Operations Support

- Coordinate with international partners on strategy, reconciliations, escalations, and related matters
- Assist in reviewing vendor contracts, flagging discrepancies, and maintaining documentation

Sales Enablement

- Prepare agent-facing marketing collaterals and campaign materials
- Assist in designing incentive structures and contests to drive sales team performance

Data & Reporting





- Work with Excel for sales data, GMV tracking, booking analysis, and performance reports
- Consolidate data across multiple formats and build structured reports
- Pull insights from booking data to support strategy decisions

Who We Are Looking For

- Graduate or in the final year of a course in Business, Management, or a related field
- Available for a 6-month, work-from-office internship in Mumbai
- Robust written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
- Interest in travel technology or startups is a plus
