Responsibilities

- Work with lead analyst onshore to develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards to drive stakeholder engagement and report cohesiveness.
- Experience in building Power BI Dashboards using DAX Functions / merging multiple data sets/data sources.
- Experience in building SSRS Reports using merging multiple data sets/data sources.
- SQL knowledge required (Snowflake preferred), in querying data sets, identifying data quality

issues.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can function collaboratively as part of a quick-paced, customer-oriented team, perform effectively and demonstrate willingness to support the team on all levels to get the job done.
- Ability to effectively communicate and update stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

- Experience working with a team to design and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Have attention to detail to ensure the highest level of quality/rigor in solutions.




- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have clear and effective communication.
- SQL/Snowflake experience.
- Experience in Visualization tools like Power BI to create clean, visually compelling charts that will help understand discoveries and empower others to use data to make key decisions.
- Own the development, enhancement, and maintenance of ongoing reports, dashboards, etc. to drive stakeholder engagement.

Desired Education/Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with Power BI, SSRS (or) Tableau
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, Data Engineer or equivalent desired.
- Relevant experience as a business analyst, data analyst or related role is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL and analyzing complex queries.
- Experience with Snowflake is an added advantage
