Role Description This full-time remote Business Insurance Claims role involves managing and processing claims for business clients across a variety of risk categories, including property, liability, and cyber events. The role includes reviewing claim documentation, analyzing policy coverage, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.

Responsibilities also include communicating clearly with clients to explain claim decisions, gather additional information as needed, and provide a professional, empathetic customer experience.



The individual will contribute to improving claims workflows, maintaining detailed records, and supporting data-driven decisions that enhance service quality and risk management practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess claims, interpret policy terms, and support data-driven decisions.
- Business and Business Planning skills to understand client operations, risk exposure, and insurance needs.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear written and verbal interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Customer Service experience to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a client-centric approach.
- Experience in insurance, risk management, or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, with solid time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools, claims management systems, and basic office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
