About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to own our Pune operations and drive business growth. Working directly with the founder, you’ll lead the team and take accountability for client delivery, revenue, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily agency operations, ensuring timely delivery, creative quality, and client satisfaction.

- Hire, develop, and manage teams with explicit responsibilities and performance targets.

- Own revenue targets, budgets, resource planning, and profitability.

- Drive new business through prospecting, pitches, partnerships, and growth within existing accounts.





- Build scalable processes across creative, production, and client servicing teams.

- Identify expansion opportunities and report business performance to the founder.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience leading operations, teams, and business growth in a creative agency or media-focused organisation.

- A track record of winning business, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue and profitability targets.

- Strong commercial judgment, people management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership of outcomes.

- Knowledge of the Pune market and an established local network are a plus.
