Business Head (P&L; Owner), Industrial Equipment Manufacturing

We're hiring a Business Head to run a ₹150+ crore P&L; for a market-leading Indian industrial Equipment manufacturer — one that competes with, and wins against, global MNCs.

This is not a technical role. The company has a deep bench of engineering talent already. What it needs is a builder and caretaker who can:

→ Take full ownership of the P&L; — top line and bottom line

→ Pull nine fragmented functions (design, manufacturing, service, software and more) into one accountable delivery model

→ Move net margin from single digits toward a 15%+ industry benchmark

→ Free up the founder's time so he can chase a growth prospect roughly 100x the size of this business

→ Manage Sales team comprises of ~ 20-25 people from trainees to regional heads.



Execution team comprises of ~ 100 people.

→ P&L; head is expected to completely own revenue including opening up export revenue stream and timely project delivery and lifecycle maintenance and support post installation (15-20 years)

We are looking for a "smart, mature, calm." Business leader, who earns authority through judgment and composure, not technical seniority.
