We’re hiring: Business Head – Kerala

Future First is looking for an entrepreneurial business leader to build and scale our presence in Kerala.

We are looking for someone who understands the education market, knows how to create opportunities, build strong local relationships, lead a high-performing team and convert strategy into sustainable revenue.

This is a leadership role with complete ownership of business growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

- Own the Kerala business plan, revenue targets, budgets and P&L;
- Build Future First’s presence and market visibility across Kerala
- Develop institutional, corporate and channel partnerships
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions and enrolments
- Build and lead the sales, counselling and business-support teams
- Create local outreach opportunities through institutions, events and partnerships
- Establish a disciplined CRM, follow-up and sales-review process
- Monitor business performance, conversion ratios and revenue forecasts
- Maintain a strong customer experience throughout the engagement journey
- Provide regular MIS reports and market insights to the leadership team

Who we are looking for:





- 8–15 years of experience in education, edtech, skilling, training, admissions, franchise development or a related consumer business
- Proven experience in driving revenue and managing sales conversions
- Experience in independently managing a market, territory, branch or business unit
- Solid understanding of Kerala’s education and institutional ecosystem
- Ability to recruit, build and lead a result-oriented team
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
- High ownership, commercial judgement and execution discipline The ideal candidate will think like an entrepreneur, operate like a business head and remain closely connected to customers, partners and the market.
