- Ensure smooth functioning of cashless and reimbursement claim processing.

- Monitor turnaround time (TAT), rejection rates, and claim settlements.

- Develop strategies to increase business and revenue for the branch.

- Identify new corporate clients and insurance partners.

- Manage renewals and maintain solid client relationships.

3. Team Leadership

- Lead and manage operations, claims, and customer service teams.

- Set targets and monitor team performance.

- Train and mentor employees to improve productivity.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Maintain relationships with

- Insurance companies

- Hospitals

- Corporate clients

- Brokers
