We are looking for a seasoned automotive business leader to drive growth, strengthen strategic relationships with Auto OEMs, and significantly expand market share across OE and EV businesses.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering; MBA preferred

What Were Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in a business unit leadership role with full P&L; responsibility, backed by a strong Business Development background.

The ideal candidate will bring:

Robust leadership experience in the Automotive OE / Tier-1 industry

Proven track record of managing strategic relationships with domestic and global Auto OEMs

Mandatory experience handling PV, CV, 2W and CE OEM accounts

Strong understanding of EV/BEV business and the evolving automotive landscape

Expertise in value selling, business development and strategic negotiations

Strong network across the Automotive OE & Tier-1 ecosystem

Ability to work closely with Engineering, Technology, Sales and Manufacturing teams

Demonstrated experience in driving P&L;,



revenue growth and market-share expansion

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to accelerate growth across Automotive OE and EV businesses

Build and strengthen relationships with senior OEM stakeholders across 2W, PV, CV, CE and BEV segments

Lead new business development, commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships

Identify emerging market and technology opportunities and translate them into business growth

Collaborate with Engineering, Technology and Manufacturing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, regulatory developments and technological advancements

Drive revenue, market penetration and customer engagement through effective commercial strategies

Represent the organization at key industry forums and build a strong automotive network

Provide strategic inputs to leadership on market and policy developments impacting the BU
