Role Description The Business Growth Intern (Freshers) role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support business development activities by identifying potential partners, gathering market insights, and assisting in outreach to institutions and learners. Daily tasks include researching growth opportunities, helping prepare presentations and reports, coordinating with internal teams on campaigns, and tracking basic performance metrics.

The intern may also assist in customer communication, follow-ups,



and feedback collection to improve services and support expansion. This role offers early-career professionals exposure to business operations within an edtech environment and opportunities to learn core growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in business development, growth strategies, and the edtech sector.
- Basic skills in research, data gathering, and analysis for market and competitor insights.

- Ability to build rapport with learners and partners, with a customer-focused mindset.
