About the Role

We’re looking for a senior professional to build and grow our influencer marketing and talent management vertical. Your primary focus will be winning business from brands and agencies, building an influencer roster, and securing brand collaborations for our talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively reach out to brands and agencies to identify influencer requirements and win campaign mandates.
- Lead pitches, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, building strong talent relationships.
- Secure paid collaborations and match creators with relevant brand opportunities.
- Negotiate creator fees, talent agreements, deliverables, and usage rights.




- Own the vertical’s sales pipeline, revenue targets, budgets, and profitability.
- Build the team and processes needed to manage talent and deliver campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in influencer marketing sales, creator partnerships, or talent management.
- A track record of bringing in brand business and closing influencer deals.
- Solid relationships with brand decision-makers, agencies, creators, and talent managers.
- Experience managing talent relationships and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to build a business vertical independently, combining hands-on outreach with team leadership.
