About the RoleAI Academia is looking for enthusiastic and proactive Business Growth & Development Interns who are interested in gaining practical exposure to business development, lead generation, communication, and sales.

This internship is designed for college students who want to gain real-time industry experience alongside their studies and develop practical professional skills in a growing EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities• Assist with lead generation and business development activities.

- Identify and connect with potential leads through appropriate communication channels.
- Support outreach and follow-up activities.
- Communicate with prospective students/clients professionally.
- Understand and assist with basic sales and growth strategies.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and communication.
- Support the team in achieving assigned activity and outreach goals.
- Participate in day-to-day business growth initiatives and team activities.
