Duties & Responsibilities (List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)

· Evaluating all retail proposals and taking informed decision basis customer profile analysis.

· Crafting business proposals to draw more revenues for NON Maruti products

· Attending to customer inquiries / grievances on timely basis.

· Responsible for all the business activities of the dealership in Metro, Urban & Semi Urban locations for NON Maruti business

· To achieve business targets as per vertical guidelines.

· Ensuring that the process and policy guidelines are strictly adhered to.

· Ensuring prompt customer service to all customer & Dealers in rural markets.

· Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre and post disbursement of all cases

· Maintaining quality portfolio by ensuring Nil Nonstarters.

· To Ensure 100 % CD collection for the allocated business handled contracts

· To actively participate in Sales Promotion Activities

· Daily reporting to ABM and provide market inputs from his dealerships/ location handled.

· Ensuring proper Field Investigation.

· Optimum utilisation of available digital platforms.
