Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Executive role based in Bihar.

The Business

Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable loan and credit solutions in line with company policies. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing new customers, managing existing client relationships, explaining product features and terms, and assisting with documentation and application processing. The role also involves coordinating with branch teams for approvals, ensuring timely follow-up, and supporting collection efforts while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Executives are expected to meet sales and portfolio quality targets, adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines, and provide accurate reporting to branch leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably in financial services or retail lending.
- Candidates should possess basic financial understanding and analytical skills to assess customer profiles, explain loan products, and support risk-aware decision-making.
- Candidates should possess transparent communication skills in English and local languages, along with good interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
- Candidates should possess sound organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail for documentation, record-keeping, and compliance.
- Relevant experience in NBFCs, banks, or other financial institutions is beneficial; familiarity with commercial vehicle or retail loan products is an advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and digital tools used for customer onboarding, loan processing, and reporting is desirable.
