Business Development Trainee

About Us:

We are Scribbld, an award winning digital marketing agency with global reach, dedicated to delivering outstanding results for our clients. Now, we're looking for a Business Development Executive to contribute to Scribbld's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential brands, businesses, and relevant decision-makers who could be prospects for Scribbld.
- Cold Outreach: Execute outbound outreach through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn, with the objective of initiating conversations and generating qualified leads.
- Prospect Research: Research brands, their marketing activities, current agency relationships, campaigns, and potential requirements to identify relevant pitching opportunities.
- Lead & Pipeline Management: Maintain and regularly update internal trackers with prospect details, outreach status, follow-ups, responses, and meetings generated.
- Follow-ups & Coordination: Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn and coordinate with the BD team to move interested prospects forward.
- Pitch Support: Assist the BD team with preparing prospect research, pitch decks, proposals, and relevant information required for client conversations.
- Market Learning:



Develop an understanding of the digital marketing and agency landscape, Scribbld’s services, and the brands/categories we work with to identify relevant business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 - 6 months of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation, with the ability to generate qualified leads and conversions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Timings: 10:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
