Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Professional to drive new business opportunities in the US Market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, appointment setting.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2–4 years of successful cold calling / inside sales / lead generation experience targeting the U.S. market is mandatory.
- Proven experience selling services or products directly to small businesses in the United States.
- Prior sales experience in one or more of the following is required:
- Bookkeeping/Accounting, Payroll, Tax Services, Corporate/Medical Insurance, Website Development, Web Hosting, IT Products or similar B2B services.
- Experience selling Bookkeeping, Accounting, Payroll or Taxation services is strongly preferred.




- Robust spoken English with the ability to communicate naturally, confidently, and professionally with U.S. business owners.
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead qualification, consultative selling, objection handling, appointment setting, and follow-up.
- Working experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with measurable daily and monthly KPIs.
- Self-motivated, persistent, organized, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a professional approach.

Working Hours: 6:30 PM IST – 3: 30 AM IST (Mon – Fri)

Work Model: 5 days Onsite
