Work Mode: Work from Office (Onsite)

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift – EST)

Experience: 1+ Years in US Staffing Sales / Business Development

We are looking for experienced professionals in US Staffing Sales, Business Development, and Account Management to join our team. The role involves managing existing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the US Staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management (Farming) – 75%

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure service delivery.
- Drive client retention, repeat business, and account growth.
- Resolve client concerns and maintain long-term partnerships.

Business Development (Hunting) – 25%

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US Staffing industry.
- Approach potential clients and present staffing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.




- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentor sales and recruitment professionals, as applicable.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Track sales performance and prepare sales forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ years of relevant experience in US Staffing Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in staffing sales, account management, or client relationship management.
- Solid understanding of the US Staffing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management skills for leadership-level positions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
