Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least 3-4 years of experience working on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth on these platforms. If you have a strong understanding of online freelancing ecosystems, expertise in crafting proposals, and a passion for scaling businesses in the digital economy, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively generate leads and submit tailored proposals on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, ensuring that each proposal meets the unique needs of the client.
- Maintain and optimize profiles and gig listings to enhance visibility and attract high-value clients.
- Craft compelling proposals, bid strategically, and manage negotiations to close deals and secure new projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends on freelancing platforms and identify emerging opportunities for growth.
- Track performance metrics and sales targets to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
- Collaborate with the internal development and design teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage communication with clients throughout project lifecycles,



ensuring clarity on timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
- Leverage industry insights to position the company as a leader on freelancing platforms, improving competitive advantage.
- Provide regular updates and reports on activities, wins, losses, and strategies to senior management.
- Identify current niches or services based on client needs and the evolving freelancing marketplace.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in business development on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Full Stack Development, WordPress, Shopify, and Mobile Applications.
- Expertise in proposal writing and sales negotiation.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
