Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential and existing customers. The specialist will conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends, using insights to support growth strategies.

Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospects, presenting products and services, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking performance metrics.



The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service and collaborating with marketing and sales to support promotional campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess opportunities, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication abilities for engaging prospects, presenting solutions, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques to identify, qualify, and nurture potential business opportunities.
- Experience with Market Research to analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Customer Service skills to build trust, manage inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
