- Handle all assigned leads from CRM, website, WhatsApp, campaigns, walk-ins, webinars, masterclasses and referrals
- Make timely outbound calls to current and existing leads
- Understand the student's requirements, exam target, preparation stage, college aspirations and budget
- Follow up consistently with interested, undecided and previously contacted students
