We're Hiring: Business Development & Sales Executive

Resab Technologies LLP is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to help us expand our Software Development Services and Technology Education Programs.

This is a field-oriented role involving direct interaction with students, colleges, businesses, entrepreneurs, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Education & College Outreach

- Visit colleges and educational institutions.
- Connect with students, HODs, placement officers and coordinators.
- Promote Resab's 4-month and 6-month technology courses.
- Conduct student counselling and generate admissions.
- Build relationships with colleges and student communities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Software Business Development

- Identify and approach potential software-development clients.
- Visit businesses and meet business owners/decision-makers.
- Generate leads for websites, mobile apps, custom software, SaaS,



AI/ML and other technology solutions.
- Understand initial client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Arrange meetings, follow up on proposals and support project closures.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Ability to confidently approach students, colleges and businesses.
- Basic understanding of technology/software services is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome.
