Position Overview In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads within the IT and recruitment services space. You'll play a critical part in driving the business forward — connecting with potential clients and generating new business opportunities that our sales team can convert into lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation — Identify and target potential clients using a range of tools and techniques
- Outreach Campaigns — Develop and run outbound email and cold-calling campaigns to engage prospects and open conversations
- Qualification — Assess leads against need, budget and fit before passing them on
- Relationship Building — Maintain regular contact with leads, nurturing the relationship with ongoing support




- Appointment Setting — Schedule meetings for the sales team to progress qualified opportunities
- CRM Management — Keep lead interactions and activity accurately recorded and up to date
- Market Research — Track industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities to sharpen lead generation strategy

What You'll Bring
- Prior experience in lead generation, ideally within IT or recruitment services
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work well within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling objections
