We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales and a proven track record of success in generating recent business leads.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets through outbound sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales approaches and improve results.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in outbound sales or a related field, with a focus on international sales.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
