Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) interested in IT services, software product sales, cold calling, and field sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential clients, promoting our IT services and products, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and field visits.
- Identify potential customers and understand their business and technology requirements.
- Promote and sell the company’s IT services and software products.
- Conduct initial discussions and explain relevant solutions to prospects.
- Schedule client meetings and product/service demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.




- Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, meetings, leads, and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or IT Sales.
- Strong interest in IT services and software product sales.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Freshers with a strong interest in IT sales are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of IT services, software products, or Salesforce.
- Prior B2B or technology sales experience will be an added advantage.
