JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PR EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, articulate and relationship-oriented Business Development & PR Executive to drive business outreach, build strategic relationships, strengthen media presence and support brand visibility.

The role requires someone with strong communication skills who can confidently engage with corporate decision-makers, clients, media professionals and industry stakeholders, while taking ownership of opportunities from outreach to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities through corporate outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with HR, L&D;, CHROs and senior corporate stakeholders to create opportunities for corporate workshops and collaborations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers and relevant media platforms.
- Coordinate articles, interviews, podcasts, speaking opportunities and other initiatives supporting leadership and brand positioning.
- Nurture prospects and existing relationships through personalised communication and structured follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content, campaigns, events and brand visibility initiatives.




- Maintain business development and PR trackers and ensure timely execution of assigned initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, PR, Corporate Communications, Client Relations or a similar role.
- Graduate with MBA in Marketing / relevant Diploma / relevant professional certification.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in communicating with senior professionals, corporate stakeholders and media personnel.
- Comfortable with business outreach, lead generation and follow-ups.
- Strong ownership, organisation and execution skills.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication and Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, professional services or B2B environments will be an advantage.

- Preferred Candidates residing in or conveniently located around Mumbai’s Western Suburbs will be preferred, considering the on-site nature of the role.
