Fine Twist Global Exports is a growing business services and lead generation company serving clients in the United States. We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Associates to join our USA process.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential US-based business clients
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and introduce our services
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities
- Understand prospect requirements and identify suitable solutions
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups
- Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and other communication channels
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with US customers and businesses
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Confident, persuasive,
and target-oriented personality
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Willingness to work in US shifts
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Prior experience in US calling, B2B sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or business development is an advantage
Preferred Candidate
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong conversational English with a neutral or clear accent
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle rejection professionally
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working toward targets

Salary
₹ 15000-50000 per month + incentives
