Protocloud Technologies is looking for a confident, energetic and highly communicative Business Development & Operations Executive to join our team.

This is a multi-functional role covering business development, sales calling, lead follow-up, recruitment support, job posting, social media coordination and day-to-day business operations.

You do not need to be an expert in all these areas. We will provide training on our services, sales process, tools, job posting process, social media activities and internal workflows.

We are primarily looking for someone with excellent Hindi and English communication skills, confidence on phone calls, basic computer knowledge and a solid willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Follow up with existing enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain lead information and follow-up status in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.




- Manage incoming candidate applications.
- Shortlist candidates based on predefined requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews with management.
- Assist with regular posting on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Schedule and publish company posts.
- Coordinate basic social media content.
- Maintain a social media posting calendar.
- Monitor basic engagement and enquiries.
- Maintain daily operational records.
- Coordinate with internal team members.
- Maintain Google Sheets, Excel files and basic reports.
- Assist management with day-to-day operational tasks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
